Graham has been building new homes, and developing land, in Bendigo since 1984. Graham doesn’t come into the office often, so if you see him, that’s a rare treat.

Sales Manager

Joanne first joined Lansell Homes in 2011, and is passionate about Customer Service.  Joanne will help you with everything you need to know about building your new home.


Chris Smith


Chris has managed the Land Development part of the business since 2001. He handles the Display Home most weekends and will answer all your questions about your new home.


Kerryanne Boer

Sales & Marketing Assistant

Kerryanne has recently joined the Lansell team. She brings with her over 15 years’ experience in IT and design. She is fast becoming a great support for Joanne and Jennifer taking on a role in sales and marketing. She is focused on customer service and streamlining the processes involved in building your new home.


John Lucas

Site Manager

John has been with Lansell since 2007 and has over 20 years experience managing new home construction. You will meet John before your new home starts, and work with him throughout the build.


Bianca Foon

Office Administrator (Construction)

Bianca has over 15 years of experience working for builders and building industry groups. Bianca is the only person that smiles more than Kelly, and she makes our office problems disappear.


Jeff Smith


Jeff has 16 years of building and 20 years Business Management experience. He manages the overall operation of the business. Jeff is often seen walking near the Lansell office, on the phone, again.


Kelly McNamara

Office Administrator (Finance)

With over 18 years experience in all things administration, Kelly is well versed in the paperwork, ordering and accounts that happen behind the scenes in arranging the build of a new home.


Jennifer Frost

Marketing Coordinator

Jenn’s our resident story teller. She keeps our online presence fresh and coordinates our advertising. Jenn has a genuine passion for best practice customer service and with a Business Degree in Marketing and Human Resources under her belt, it’s no surprise she’s such a great support to our team.


Trevor Roycroft


Trevor has a wealth of experience in the building industry, first as a carpenter and now as an estimator.  Trevor is always ready to help, and makes sure the quality of our materials is always top notch.


Tash Smith

Office Administration Trainee

Undergoing her Certificate III in Business Administration studies, Tash is learning to support the delivery of office processes across the board.  She is quickly becoming an indispensable part of the team.
