2024 HIA Finalists
UPDATE
We are so excited to be a finalist in the 2024 HIA Northern awards for best custom-built home under $500k.
This award recognises excellence in the construction and design of an individual house which has been uniquely designed and built on contract specifically for the site according to the requirements and brief of a client.
Our client has made smart use of the corner aspect, with the dual façade using several focused design elements to create a home that has character and provides considerable street presence.Careful consideration went into the design to ensure it would be suitable for a growing family. While the block is compact, we worked with the client to maximise the usability of both the home and yard, including a considerable pergola for entertaining.
Additional features include four sizeable bedrooms, a separate powder room, a large open kitchen suitable for family cooking, ample storage, floor tiling to all living areas with floor-to-ceiling tiling in all bathrooms, balanced with an open plan living area.
Conscious of energy efficiency, our client opted for reverse cycle heating and cooling with separate zones, which will be complimented by a planned solar panel install. Other smart features include ducted vacuum, security cameras and intercom, and USB power outlets throughout.
