Joanne first joined Lansell Homes in 2011 and is passionate about providing a customer experience that is efficient, honest, and reassuring. Joanne has a wealth of knowledge in all things building and will help you with everything you need to know about building your new home.
You’ll meet Kerryanne at our display home most weekends, where she will happily answer any questions you have. In addition to supporting you through the build and sales process, she applies her 15+ years experience in design to develop our brochures and maintain our website.
John has been with Lansell since 2007 and has over 20 years experience managing new home construction. You will meet John before your new home starts, and work with him throughout the build.
Bianca works magic here behind the scenes to get the permits and connections arranged for your new Lansell Home. She makes hard work look easy, but with over 15 years of experience in the building industry, it’s no surprise she knows her stuff well.
Adam is our Lead Carpenter and brings depth of skill and knowledge to our trade teams onsite. If you don't meet Adam during construction, you may meet him when he visits your home to address any maintenance concerns you might have.
Jeff has 20 years of building and 25 years Business Management experience, and manages the overall operation of Lansell Homes. Jeff is often seen walking near the Lansell office, on the phone, again.
With over 18 years experience in all things administration, Kelly is well versed in the paperwork, ordering and accounts that happen behind the scenes in arranging the build of a new home.
Currently studying for her Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping, Tash also works with the team to provide estimating and supplier liaisons. She brings her unique musical taste and modern pop culture vibe into the office every day.
Working on his Certificate III in Business studies, Lincoln is learning to support the accounts and administration aspect of the business. He has quickly become an indispensable part of the team.
Chris has managed the Land Development part of the business since 2001. He mostly works from home, but we love those occasions when he pops into the office – especially when he treats the team to a surprise hot drink from our local cafe!
Graham has been building new homes and developing land in Bendigo since 1984. Graham doesn’t come into the office often, so if you see him that’s a rare treat.
