A Bendigo Family Building Business
Lansell Homes began with a simple idea: build a building company where people could feel confident about the homes they were buying and the people building them.
Founder Graham Smith has been building new homes and developing land in Bendigo since 1984. In 2001, Graham established Lansell Homes alongside his son Chris, beginning the family business that continues today.
Jeff later joined his father and brother, bringing his own experience in building and business management to the company. Today, the Smith family remains actively involved in Lansell Homes and in the homes and developments we deliver.
Being family-owned is more than a description of our business structure. It influences the way we work.
We are a relatively small team, which means our clients deal with people who know their project rather than being passed between layers of a large organisation. Our team works closely together from sales and design through to construction, handover and maintenance.
