Hampton Rise Estate well underway
Construction at our Hampton Rise development is well underway, and it is exhilarating to see the estate taking shape.
In true Lansell fashion, each home is unique in its way but designed to complement each other. “We had a vision for this estate from the beginning. The beautiful Big Hill location inspired us to plan an exclusive, distinct community. We consulted a designer who recommended the on-trend yet classic Hamptons-themed architectural style,” shared Graham Smith, Lansell Homes founder.
We are building our newest display home here and look forward to launching this publicly later this year. In the meantime, enjoy a sneak peek at the construction progress.
From a sales perspective, please note that at this time there are only two Hampton Rise properties that are unspoken for. These not expected to hit the market until late next year.
