HomeBuilder Grant extended!
Hello, Happy New Year!
In case you missed the announcements during the hectic 2020 holiday season, we are excited to kick off the year with confirmation that the Federal Government HomeBuilder Grant has been extended until 31 March 2021.
Originally due to end on 31 December, the Government confirmed the deadline extension late last year.
The details
Eligible owner-occupier buyers who sign their new build contracts between 1 January 2021 and 31 March 2021 will receive a $15,000 HomeBuilder.
The construction commencement deadline has also been adjusted from three months to six months for all eligible contracts signed on or after 4 June 2020.
