The construction process is messy. Without a landscaping base, all that would surround your lovely new home is dust, dirt, and debris.
At Lansell Homes, we go above and beyond the industry-standard general tidy-up so you can move into a finished property that is neat both inside and out. Our packages include fencing, paths, and garden beds.
Towards the end of your build, we offer you the opportunity to walk through your new yard with our lead landscaper to discuss your preferred layout. At this time, you can choose from the below material options included in our landscaping package. Commonly requested upgrade requests that are popular at this stage include additional concrete paving or turf (either natural or artificial).
Stones (Seymour Toppings)
Mulch (Bark Chips)
Our clients, Don and Gwen, wanted a completely maintenance-free yard with no garden beds and a place to add their gazebo. This yard is an excellent example of our standard landscaping customised to suit!
Mulch and stones were laid with curves adding interest and dimension.
Notice the fence? Suppose your property has a sturdy and solid existing boundary fence; best efforts are made to blend any new fencing with this. However, it is not always possible to match exactly, as was the case here.
If you are concerned, please don’t hesitate to request a quote to replace any existing fencing on your block.
This is Dane and Caitlin’s home at handover. They selected a base of Seymour Toppings in white. Slide to see the home one year later, after they had personalised, adding a row of pretty greenery.
Suppose your property forms part of a body corporate or falls under an endorsed town planning landscaping plan. If this is the case, additional landscaping may be carried out. Town planning may dictate planting on your property and/or common areas and is usually a mix of natives and other plants specific to the area.
