From the front kerb to the back fence
Without a landscaping base, most builders do nothing outside but leave dust, dirt, and debris. With Lansell Homes, we go above and beyond and ensure your new home is fully landscaped. You move into a finished property that is neat and complete, inside and out. You move in with the heavy work done, the garden is ready for planting, and you can add your personal touches.
Our standard package includes
• Colorbond boundary and wing fences.
• Concrete driveway and crossover.
• Clothesline – with a concrete path to the laundry door.
• Concrete path from the driveway to the front door.
• Letterbox and street number.
• Lawn seed, garden beds, top soil, stones and mulch.
We work with you to design the basic layout for garden beds, lawn and walkways with timber edging strips to delineate each area. Our goal is to set up your new home the way you want it and make the whole process as easy as possible for you. This includes a range of optional upgrades that you can discuss with the team at your landscaping walk-through. Common upgrades include things such as extra concreting, instant turf, stepping stones, and artificial grass

Town Planning requirements
In some of our estates, plant selection is part of the Planning Permit approval. These plants are supplied, and planted, by Lansell Homes.
