Meet Bouch and Col
Laying the foundation for your new home is one of the most important parts of the whole build. If something is not done right at this step, the whole build is compromised. This makes Col’s role as leader of our concreting crew particularly important.
Col is extremely experienced and has worked in concreting since he was a teenager. It’s in his blood. He and Bouch came on board with Lansell’s back in 2015 after working together for years.
Bouch works seamlessly with Col in getting the job done right. Easy mannered and easy to work with, Bouch always takes the time to talk to people and leaves his teammates feeling valued.
“These ‘Grumpy Old Men’…” jokes Construction Manager John Lucas “…certainly set a high bar for the outdoor team. They are both fiercely independent, reliable, and hard-working. Together, they continually upskill and transfer their years of knowledge to the rest of the crew.”
They may cringe a little at this post; neither was overly happy about having their picture taken. Still, they are such an integral part of your new home journey, it was important we tell you how much we value them.
