I love everything about my new Lansell home. I love the layout and how open it is and the surprising amount of storage. Having access to the house from the garage is great, it makes me feel so safe to just drive right in. Everyone was so lovely to deal with and really made building a new home easy. Joanne was so helpful and knowledgeable. John communicated with me and walked me through the home at every stage and I loved my colour consultation with Darren, it was such a fun day. We really appreciated the smooth sales process. Despite being impacted by lockdowns and unable to physically come to Bendigo often, Joanne, the Sales Manager, stayed connected. She was so helpful in answering any questions we had. This was reassuring, especially as first home buyers. We valued her advice and are grateful for the Turnkey package that meant we did not experience any price hikes. With a busy lifestyle as a shift worker, the ‘move in with nothing to do’ level of finish was such an added blessing.

Wanting to move from a bush block into town and close to shops and facilities, I looked into Casurina Gardens, it was perfect, so I happily signed up. Being able to move into a new community and new home with nothing more to do was what made Lansell Homes stand out from the rest. I am so happy with my Lansell home. I love the floorplan, the quiet location, and the orientation of my block of land. I found the Lansell team very friendly and easy to work with. I chose Lansell because I rented one of their earlier builds and liked what I lived in. We have built two homes with Lansell. After building with them the first time we did not hesitate to build again. We found the process had actually improved with the ability to have more selection options and flexibility in modifications. Best decision I have ever made. The whole build process was relatively smooth. To have it all done was excellent and I was not in Bendigo to be able to conduct the site inspections which was done via a friend who communicated to me. In the end all I had to do was move my furniture in.
