Our Construction Manager, John Lucas, attributes this to Zac’s calm, laid-back nature.
“Zac is easy going and approachable, he works well with all the different personalities on-site. He respects the experience of the team and happily adjusts his approach to suit the preferences of those he is working with”.
When asked why he chose Lansell Homes for his apprenticeship, Zac said “They are a good team of people. The work itself is straightforward and there is an established routine – I never feel stuffed around”.
Outside of the day-to-day work, Zac appreciates the extra things Management offer. “They go above and beyond by offering regular team building activities and various OH&S events” he says.
