What is a Turn Key House and Land Package?
A turn key house and land package is a home where at the end of the build you can literally turn the key and move straight in to your new home. Everything is included!
The definition of “turn key” however, can vary between builders.
At Lansell Homes, our mission is to make the entire home-building process as complete and easy, and as stress-free as we possibly can.
We work with you every step of the way…and take our homes (your home) to a level of completion well beyond all other builders… so you really can “Move in with Nothing to do” and just as importantly – there is nothing more for you to pay.
Turn key construction is a fixed price contract that includes everything you need to move into your new home… it’s all done for you.
Turn key is our promise back to you, that you get what you need, without getting charged more.
Fences, floor coverings and window furnishings – and a whole lot more – are all included in the price. Everything is finalised when the home is handed over to you.
We include the finishing items some builder charge extra for, such as a TV antenna, a letterbox with your street number, a driveway, landscaping, a clothesline an NBN internet point, and even window locks.

Our turn-key packages are designed to minimise the time you spend on maintenance, internally and externally.
Landscaping is included – from the front kerb to the back fence.*
Fixtures and fittings are selected on criteria of quality, function, durability, and appearance – as well as the impact they have on the environment. We even include a consultation with our interior designer so that you can customise the internal colour scheme of your new home, as you wish.
*Some larger family-sized blocks do not include rear landscaping and as such are not advertised as FULL turn key.
