After months of site works, today we poured the very first slab at Golden Heights Estate in Golden Square.
It was one of those freezing, foggy Bendigo mornings, but the crew was out there bright and early getting stuck into it. Rain, hail or shine… well, almost.
John, our construction manager, said his plan is to pour one slab each week, and the first home is expected to be finished by Christmas.
The plumbers were also hard at work laying all the pipes ready for next week’s slab pour.
It’s always satisfying seeing an empty block turn into someone’s future home. We’re looking forward to sharing the progress as Golden Heights continues to grow.
