Construction is continuing to progress across Golden Heights in Golden Square, with activity now underway across the eight-lot development. It’s great to see the homes starting to take shape as each lot moves through its own stage of construction.
Lot 6 is well advanced, with the windows now ready to be installed and the home on track to be completed and ready for its new owners to move in by Christmas. Lot 5 is also making good progress, with the frame now going up and giving a clearer picture of the home taking shape. At Lot 3, the slab has been poured, marking the beginning of the next stage of construction, while Lot 2 is being prepared for its slab pour.
With frames going up, slabs being poured and windows ready for installation, there is plenty happening across the site. Each home is progressing at its own pace, with the different stages of construction providing a great snapshot of how a new development comes together from the ground up.
We’ll continue to share regular updates from Golden Heights as construction progresses. With the first homes now well underway, it won’t be long before this eight-lot development starts to look and feel like a finished neighbourhood.
