There has been plenty of progress across our Huntly estate recently, with multiple homes moving through key stages of construction.
From roofing crews hard at work to finishing trades preparing homes for handover, it’s always rewarding seeing an entire neighbourhood steadily come together. The latest update includes a mix of completed homes, homes nearing completion, and active construction sites showcasing the many stages involved in building a new home.
Several streets within the estate are now well established, with finished homes already occupied and more families preparing to move in soon. At the same time, our construction teams continue working across a number of homes currently under construction.
Roofing works have been progressing across several sites, helping move homes closer towards lock up stage and internal fit outs. While much of the attention naturally goes to finished homes, the behind the scenes stages are where a great deal of craftsmanship and coordination happens.
One of the most satisfying parts of any estate development is seeing the transformation over time. Areas that once started as vacant land gradually become thriving streets filled with homes, landscaping, driveways, and families settling into their new community.
