Matt has been a part of our Lansell team for 11 years this month. Today he is our Lead Landscaper. His easy going “nothing is ever a problem” kind of attitude is valued by everyone he works with – team, client and supplier alike – and has certainly played a big part in his promotion over the years.
When asked why he stays with Lansell Homes, Matt says the family orientated nature of the company has left him feeling supported both personally, as well as professionally.
“We have a great bunch of trades – we are always having a joke and a laugh – and approachable management”.
