Construction at our Hampton Rise development is well underway, and it is exhilarating to see the estate taking shape.

“We had a vision for this estate from the beginning. The beautiful Big Hill location inspired us to plan an exclusive, distinct community. We consulted a designer who recommended the on-trend yet classic Hamptons-themed architectural style,” shared Graham Smith, Lansell Homes founder.
