This is John Lucas, our dedicated Construction Manager, working from what he affectionately calls his ‘mobile’ office. Whether he’s on-site inspecting new builds or coordinating with suppliers and trades, John ensures every project runs smoothly and meets the high standards Lansell Homes is known for. His commitment to excellence and hands-on approach make him a key part of our team.
John has also generously volunteered to join the HIA Victoria Technical Committee this year, a role that reflects his passion for the building industry and his commitment to staying up to date with evolving regulations. “It’s an opportunity to get a real insight into upcoming changes to rules and regulations,” John explains. “Being part of this committee allows me to stay ahead of industry developments and bring that knowledge back to our team and clients.”
“I’m looking forward to serving the building industry in this role, being a voice for the local trade, and providing feedback on proposed changes,” he adds. With his involvement, John will help ensure that builders, suppliers, and homeowners alike benefit from well-informed, practical decisions that support safer, more efficient, and higher-quality construction across Victoria.
